Michael Insurance Planning was founded in Lebanon, Ohio in 1975 by Jerry Michael with one clear purpose: to help small and mid-sized businesses offer medical insurance with benefit packages that compete with larger employers - delivered through face-to-face guidance and ongoing local support.
Jeff Michael grew up in the agency, working summers throughout high school and college before joining full-time in 2006. He became a Managing Partner in 2015, and when Jerry retired in 2018, Jeff became Principal and Managing Director of the agency.
Today, The Michael Insurance Planning team serve employers and individuals throughout Lebanon, Mason, and the greater Cincinnati-Dayton area; providing expert advice, personalized service, and long-term support that clients can count on.
